Hopefully getting back to my own work soon

I've been having a good experience as an intern at Karen Rossi Studios. Within the next couple weeks I'm gonna have a lot of time on my hands. Hopefully I'll find a job in the art field, but if not I'm gonna force myself to commit to a personal art project. My art supplies are collecting dust.

Watercolor I kept forgetting to put up

So, I painted this thing a little while ago, but I kept forgetting to scan it and put it up. It's just a little doodle to keep my hand skills from getting too stale. Hopefully I'll have something else up pretty soon.

Illustration Project #1 Tattoo

For this project I used part of the Jamaican National Seal and combined it with things I associate with Jamaica. The Hummingbird and Hibiscus, while being very recognizable flora and fauna from Jamaica, have a personal importance. All the storms recently have gotten rid of many of my favorite trees and plants on my grandfathers land, but I have fond memories of lots of flowers where the birds would come and drink.
